（1）基本培养目标
General Objectives
培养的学生身心健康、知识结构合理，有健全的人格、高尚的人文情怀和社会责任感，有一定的批判思维与创新能力、科学研究能力、语言文字表达能力、终身学习能力和组织管理能力，具有国际视野和团队合作精神。
Students are nurtured to be both physically and psychologically healthy. They are expected to have a wholesome personality, a value for humanistic pursuits, and a sense of social responsibility, as well as the ability to think critically and innovatively, good writing and communication skills, an orientation towards life-long learning, and a proficiency in organization and management. Moreover, they should have an international mindset and be able to work well in a team context.
（2）专业培养目标

本专业面向国家和社会需求，培养具有宽厚扎实的经济和金融理论基础，具备从事具体金融业务工作的能力，熟悉金融相关专业的原理性知识，有较高的外语和计算机运用水平，能在银行、证券、基金、保险等金融领域及其它经济管理部门和企业从事相关工作的专门人才。
Facing the national and social needs of the professional training, the major cultivates special talents of generous and solid theoretical basis on Economics and Finance. They can get the ability to engage in specific financial services work, and be familiar with the principles of finance related professional knowledge. They can have a high level of using foreign language and computer, and be engaged in the related work in banks, securities, funds, insurance and other financial sector and other economic management departments and enterprises.

二、基本要求
II. Basic Requirements
本专业学生主要学习经济学、货币银行学和投资学的基本理论和基础知识，进行证券投资、商业银行经营管理等方面的专业训练，认知金融市场与机构，对金融风险具备识别能力，熟悉银行、证券、基金、保险等金融领域及其它经济管理部门的金融活动。毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力：
The students in Major Finance mainly study the basic theory and basic knowledge of economics, monetary banking and investments, accept the professional training of securities investment, commercial bank management and so on, cognize financial markets and institutions, possess the capabilities in financial risk identification, be familiar with the financial activities of banking, securities, funds, insurance and other financial field and other economic management department. Graduates should acquire the following knowledge and skills:
（1）具备扎实的数理化、现代西方经济学和现代金融理论，了解本学科的理论前沿和发展动态；
The students should have the solid basic theories of mathematics, physics and chemistry, modern western economics and modern finance theory, understand the theory and development trends in this area;
（2）掌握金融活动所涉及的各个环节、熟悉金融业的运作机制及发展规律；具有处理银行、证券、投资与保险等方面业务的基本能力；
The students should master each links of financial activities, be familiar with the operation mechanism and law of development of financial industry; possess the basic skills in dealing with banking, securities business, investment, insurance and other related business;
（3）熟悉相关金融模型与定量分析工具，掌握从事金融学科学研究的基本方法；具有运用相关理论分析经济和金融现象的能力；
The students should be familiar with related financial model and quantitative analysis tools; master the basic methods of scientific research in finance; possess the basic skills in analysis of the economic and financial phenomena using the related theory;
（4）熟悉我国金融业政策和法规以及国际上惯例与规则，了解中国金融发展与改革历程与现状；
The students should be familiar with the financial industry policies and regulations of China and the related conventions and rules on the international; understand the history and current situation of the financial development and reform in China;
（5）掌握中外科技文献检索及资料查询的基本方法，具有从事本专业调查研究和实际工作能力；? The students should master the basic method for Chinese and foreign science and technology literature retrieval and data query, possess certain skills in investigation research and practical work of the specialty;
（6）具备良好的思想道德素质和较高的人文素养，具有较强的调查研究与决策、组织与管理、口头与文字表达能力。

五、实践教学环节
V. Hands-on Experience
实践教学共42周，主要包括：军事训练、劳动、两课实践、社会实践、教学实习、实习论文（报告）、科研训练、创业创新技能培养及毕业论文等环节。
Practical teaching needs a total of 42 weeks, mainly including military training, labor, two courses practice, social practice, teaching practice, practice paper (report), scientific research training, innovation and entrepreneurial skills training and graduation thesis.
