国际经济与贸易专业人才培养目标体系（International Economy and Trade）
1.人才培养目标
Objectives
（1）基本培养目标（学校对学生知识、能力与素质的目标要求）
General Objectives (the university’s aimed demands on the knowledge, capacity and caliber of students)
本专业培养的学生应具有较为完善的知识结构，身心健康，有健全的人格、高尚的人文情怀和社会责任感；具有有一定的批判思维；具有较强的创新能力、科学研究能力、语言文字表达能力、终身学习能力和组织管理能力；具有国际视野和团队合作精神。
Students are nurtured to be both physically and psychologically healthy. They are expected to have a wholesome personality, a value for humanistic pursuits, and a sense of social responsibility, as well as the ability to think critically and innovatively, good writing and communication skills, an orientation towards life-long learning, and a proficiency in organization and management. Moreover, they should have an international mindset and be able to work well in a team context.

本专业依据“强基础，多选择，重创新、国际性”的原则，注重加强通识教育基础上的宽口径专业教育，实行分类教学，根据人才培养要求及学生个性发展的需求，构建多元化的人才培养模式。注重强化学生的基础知识、基本理论、基本技能, 开展研究型教学和实践型教学，培养学生善于创新性解决问题的实践能力。注重提升教学国际性，重视培养学生的国际视野和国际竞争能力。培养具有扎实的经济学和管理学基本理论，系统掌握国际经济与贸易基本知识，熟悉通行的国际贸易惯例、规范、法律和政策，具备进出口业务、商情调研、国际经济合作等基本技能，具有创新精神和实践能力，懂得国际经营管理，有较高外语水平的高素质复合型经贸专门人才。
The building-principles of international economics and trade are solid foundation, much more choices, great emphasis on innovation and internationalization. The international economics and trade is also a wide aperture specialty based on general education to be suitable for the multitudinous demands of the students. This specialty focuses on the teaching and training of foundational knowledge, basic theory, basic skills to raise the students’ abilities of innovation and solving the problem. And also according to improve the methods of internationalized teaching, the specialty pays attention to cultivate the students' international vision and international competition ability. In words, this specialty brings up specialized persons who
u have strong knowledge and theory of economics management,
u systematically master basic knowledge of international economy and trade,
u be familiar with the international trade practices, norms, law and policy, with import and export business, business investigation, international economic cooperation, and other basic skills,
u be with innovative spirit and practice ability,

A6应掌握经济学的基本原理和国际经济、国际贸易、金融学、金融风险管理的基础理论和基础知识，具有较扎实的管理学基础，具有独立思考、分析和解决问题的能力，能够运用相关知识从事专业工作与研究。
A6 Students are supposed to grasping the basic theory of economics, the basic theories and basic knowledge of international economy, international trade, finance and financial risk management. Students are supposed to have a solid foundation of management, the ability of independent thinking, problems- analyzing and problem-solving. The students should be able to apply relevant knowledge in professional work and research.
A7应具有较扎实的数理基础，掌握计量、统计和会计的基础理论与方法，并能应用于国际商务及金融风险管理领域的实务操作与研究，具有较强的实证分析能力和一定的研究能力。
A7 The students should have solid foundation in mathematics and physics, master the basic theories and methods on metrology, statistics and accountancy, and be able to apply them in practical operation and research in the field of international business and financial risk management. The students should have strong abilities in empirical analysis and should have certain abilities in research.
A8应较好掌握国际商务、跨国公司、国际市场营销、货币金融、金融风险管理等领域的专业知识和专业技能；

A9应掌握我国对外经济、金融及其他财经领域的基本政策法规，熟悉世界贸易组织的基本框架和规则，以及国际经济、国际金融领域的法律规范。能够较好地将所学法规知识运用于实际工作和初步的学术研究。
A9 The students should master basic policies and regulations in China’s foreign economics and foreign finance, and other areas of finance and economics. The students should be familiar with the basic framework and basic rules of the World Trade Organization, and the codes and standards in the field of international economy and international finance. The students should be able to apply the knowledge about laws and regulations they have learnt to actual work and preliminary academic research successfully.
A10应具有较高的英语听、说、读、写、译水平和全面的英语应用能力，取得规定的国家大学英语测试成绩。能自如地运用英语学习专业课程并从事涉外工作，具有较突出的适应英语工作环境的综合能力。
A10 The students should reach a high level of English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and have comprehensive English application ability. They should get the required results in College English Test. They should be able to use English freely in specialized courses learning and in foreign related work, and have prominent and comprehensive abilities in adapting to all-English working environment.
A11应积极参与社会实践和公益活动，努力培养科技、人文素养和创新能力，努力提升思想道德修养和专业素质，增强社会责任感，磨练意志，强健体魄，培育团队合作精神。
A11 The students should take an active part in social practice and public benefit activities. They should take efforts to improve their scientific and humanistic quality, as well as their innovation ability. The students should strive to improve their ideological and moral cultivation, enhance their social responsibility, strengthen their minds and their bodies, and cultivate teamwork spirit.

B1具有扎实的理论基础，熟悉国际规则和贸易惯例：掌握最基本的运输与保险、仲裁、国际结算等国际贸易理论、具体操作流程；熟悉对外贸易政策、国内外经贸法律法规、了解国际条约等规则，并运用这些规则应对处理买卖双方间的贸易纠纷，在国际贸易中争取自己权利，捍卫自身经济利益。
B1 A sound theoretical foundation and a good knowledge of international rules and trade customs: Graduates of this major are supposed to have a good command of international trade theories and the specific operating process, such as the basic transportation and insurance, arbitration, and international settlements; having a good knowledge of the foreign trade policies and the domestic and foreign economic and trade laws and regulations, and moreover they should learn about the international treaties and defend their own right and economic interest through using these rules to deal with the trade disputes arise in international trade.
B2经济管理与国际市场分析能力：在跨国经济贸易与管理活动中具备良好的经营分析与决策能力，以及一定的国际经营与管理能力。具体而言，能够根据国际经济活动中微观以及宏观层次所发生的经济事件，来判断分析未来国际经济与贸易的发展动态和趋势，进行一定的分析与预测。
B2 The economic operation and international market analysis ability: graduates of this major are supposed to have good management analysis and decision-making ability and a certain ability of international operation and management. In this regard, graduates are supposed to estimate and analyze the developments and trends of the international economy and trade in the future and make some analysis and predictions according to the economic events in international economic activities in micro and macro levels.
B3国际市场拓展能力：了解市场运行机制，具有一定的分析问题的能力、市场调研能力、推销能力和策划水平。
B3 The international market development ability: graduates of this major are supposed to know the market operating system and have the ability of problem analysis, market research, sales promotion and planning.
B4国际贸易业务运作能力：培养学生具备进行国际市场营销和从事具体国际贸易业务操作的能力。具体而言，能够具备先进的国际市场经营理念，掌握国际市场经营的基本方法，能够十分熟练地从事国际经济与贸易活动中外销、跟单、制单、报关、报检、投保、租船订舱等具体业务操作。
B4 The international trade business operation ability: this means the students are cultivated to gain the capacity of carrying sales promotion in the international market and the specific international trade business. In this regard, the students are supposed to have advanced operating ideas and master basic operating ways in the international market. Also they should be good at carrying the specific business in the international economics and trade, such as export sales, merchandising, documents making, customs declaration, inspection declaration, insurance, and boat booking.
B5双语谈判沟通能力：培养学生具备良好的跨国商务沟通和交流的能力。具体而言，能够熟练地进行商务英语阅读、翻译，能够熟练地进行商务英语听说；了解外国的历史、政治、风土人情、风俗习惯，熟悉外国的相关法律，尊重外国的宗教信仰，具有跨国文化沟通的能力。
B5 Bilingual negotiation and communication ability: cultivate skills of the students who have good transnational business negotiation and communication ability. In practical terms, they are skilled in business English reading, translation, listening and speaking; understand the histories, politics, customs and practices of foreign countries, familiar with foreign laws, respect foreign religious beliefs, possess intercultural communication ability.

本专业要求学生系统掌握世界经济、国际贸易、市场营销等相关理论，接受国际贸易实务的基本训练，具备以下几个方面的知识和能力：
1．具有扎实的经济学、管理学等相关理论基础，掌握国际贸易的基本知识；
2．了解当代国际经济和贸易发展的现状、趋势及学术动态，熟悉通行的国际贸易规则、惯例，以及中国对外贸易的方针政策和法规；
3．掌握国际贸易的基本技能，熟悉进出口流程和单汇、报关、跟单等国际贸易实务；
4．掌握计算机科学的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能；
5．能够运用计量经济学、统计学、会计学等方法研究解决实际问题；
6．能熟练掌握一门外语，具备较强的听说读写译等综合应用能力。
This specialty requires students to learn some related theories systematically, such as world economy, international trade, marketing and so on. This specialty needs students to take part in the basic training of international trade practice. And students also should have the following knowledge and abilities:
1．Have a sound theoretical foundation in economics, management and other related theories, and master master basic theory and knowledge of international economy andtrade.
2．Know the development status, tendency and academic dynamics of international economics and trade, be familiar with the international trade rules, practices and Chinese foreign trade policies and regulations.
3．Master the basic international trade skills, such as the processes of import and export, customs clearance, kinds of different documentaries and so on.
4．Master elementary theories, knowledge and skills of computer science
5．Can use econometrics, statistics, accounting methods to study and solve practical problems.
6．Can master a foreign language, and have strong abilities of comprehension and application such as listening, speaking, reading, writing, translating, etc.
